AfterPlay Support

AfterPlay turns your phone into a court-side camera for tennis, pickleball, and badminton — record a session, rewatch it, and share it with a link.

Quick start

• Tap Record, pick your sport and how you’re filming (Whole court match, Stick or Gimbal, Ground, or Handheld).
• Use Whole court match for a fixed landscape view of the full court from a fence or tripod. Choose Stick or Gimbal for portrait or landscape form practice and closer shots.
• Frame your shot, then start by hand or with the 10-second timer. Whole court match and Ground offer an optional court guide as a rough framing reference.
• Tap a session to watch it, or use its menu to save, share, or delete it.
• Share links play in any browser, so viewers do not need the app. Use Turn Off Link to make a shared session private again without deleting it.

Free cloud storage

• The service accounts for up to 12 recording hours per UTC calendar month, using recording duration AfterPlay measures.
• Each uploaded recording remains available for 30 days after it first becomes ready.
• The expiration time also applies to browser share links. Download or save anything you want to keep before that time.
• A new backup temporarily reserves the allowance. After it becomes playable, the reservation is replaced with the recording duration AfterPlay measures and the service accounts, and a waiting backup can retry.
• If a recording takes the monthly total over twelve hours, AfterPlay lets that admitted upload finish; another backup waits for released capacity or the next month.

Need help?

In AfterPlay, open Settings → Report a Problem. Describe what happened and choose whether to include redacted diagnostics. AfterPlay returns a report reference you can quote in follow-up messages. If the report cannot be submitted, use Share Diagnostic File Instead to send it with another app.
